YARB - Yet Another Running Blog

Hi running friends, did you already have your run today? I try to have it almost every day. Sometimes it works sometimes not, sometimes it's just a lack of organization and discipline and sometimes it really can't work out ;-(
If you are interested in my training, my races, my thoughts about running, or just interested in how a middle-aged family man from Germany gets along his "running life" you are heartly welcome to have a look and, off course, I appreciate any feedback.

Met with the running group of my club. Had also my little sweetie with me. Great winter run, w/o snow, but pretty cold and bright sunshine.
