Hi running friends, did you already have your run today? I try to have it almost every day. Sometimes it works sometimes not, sometimes it's just a lack of organization and discipline and sometimes it really can't work out ;-(

Did I read correctly that you're going to run another marathon in January? Holy smokes! I'd fall apart!
Pam, believe me, I am always looking better than I feel ;-)
Andrew, in January it will be more like a LSD. Actually a colleague of mine likes to run his first marathon and he asked why not making a family trip to the Netherlands border around that event. Be sure, it won't be faster than your long jogs ;-)
