Hi running friends, did you already have your run today? I try to have it almost every day. Sometimes it works sometimes not, sometimes it's just a lack of organization and discipline and sometimes it really can't work out ;-(
If you are interested in my training, my races, my thoughts about running, or just interested in how a middle-aged family man from Germany gets along his "running life" you are heartly welcome to have a look and, off course, I appreciate any feedback.

Wow Oliver- this picture knocks me out! I linked here through another running blog and I'm glad I did. I was in Barcelona over the summer, back in May and loved it. Hope you have/had a chance to look around a bit. Thanks for posting that gorgeous photo!
Unfortunately not but maybe in November or Decemebr when I have to go again! Anyway this city is great and the weather was great, too. After work siting outside for a beer makes fun, 10:30 PM end of September ;-)
