So heavy

What do you think when you tie the title of my post today with running??? Pretty easy, isn't it ;-) But you are wrong... Headed out today in the morning for a nice run in fresh air, actually, it wasn't just fresh also a "bit" windy. Never mind, we don't look at times we look at efforts made (at least during training runs). As my wife went "shopping" (shopping is not the correct word, it was more like buying food for the weekend!) and our son was at my parent's house, so after long time ago I took little sweety Amelie with me in her Baby Jogger. Oh dear, I am really not used any more to run and move that Baby Jogger in front of me, especially as the first 3k of my course are pretty uphill (and today with pretty heavy wind from the front). In the end I managed to run with her approx. 11k in around one hour, nice training ;-)
