Hi running friends, did you already have your run today? I try to have it almost every day. Sometimes it works sometimes not, sometimes it's just a lack of organization and discipline and sometimes it really can't work out ;-(
If you are interested in my training, my races, my thoughts about running, or just interested in how a middle-aged family man from Germany gets along his "running life" you are heartly welcome to have a look and, off course, I appreciate any feedback.
The race is getting closer. Training is over, actually I intended to have a short run today but it's still raining, so I just cancelled it, maybe I will have a short one tomorrow morning. It seems that we will have nearly perfect weather on Sunday, it's pretty cool now (less than 12 degrees Celsius) and possibly rain will stop. That would be great!
