Hi running friends, did you already have your run today? I try to have it almost every day. Sometimes it works sometimes not, sometimes it's just a lack of organization and discipline and sometimes it really can't work out ;-(
If you are interested in my training, my races, my thoughts about running, or just interested in how a middle-aged family man from Germany gets along his "running life" you are heartly welcome to have a look and, off course, I appreciate any feedback.
A new house means (possibly) a new career, haha...
Anyway, after some weeks of non-competitive running (=jogging) I participated in the Gießener Frühjahrsläufe and clocked with a 1:22:50 for the half marathon, i.e. 4th rank in total, not to bad for such an old guy ;-) With execellent weather I really enjoyed it (possibly except the last 2k)...
